Published charges

Cleaning, late return, failed handover, administration and the brand kit, as they appear on the statement.

Updated

The published charges are the fixed amounts the two agreements allow GuyWay to deduct from your fares. Each one is on a published schedule, and each one appears on the statement as its own line with the date and the reason. Nothing is deducted that is not on the schedule.

Where you find it

The schedule is in GuyWay Driver under Earnings, and in Schedule 1 of the platform agreement. The charges you may add yourself on a ride, such as a toll or extended waiting, are listed with their limits when you tap Add a charge on the ride screen. Check with GuyWay operations for the current amount of each published charge; the schedule in the app is the one that applies.
