We cover Georgetown's busiest routes: CJIA along the East Bank, Ogle Airport, the University of Guyana at Turkeyen, Giftland Mall, Stabroek, Kitty and the Seawall, plus the East Bank and East Coast Demerara corridors, Parika and the Bartica road. Arriving at CJIA or heading downtown for a meeting, the main routes are covered.

Our rides run around the clock. If you are catching a 5 AM flight or landing well past midnight, schedule the pickup in the app the evening before and the ride is on the books; support answers WhatsApp at any hour.

The fare is the same at 3 AM as at 3 PM. There is no surge and no night premium; airport trips use the Airport Ride rate card, which covers the first 34 km from CJIA, and everything else uses City Ride. The fare you see is the fare you pay, unless you add a stop, change the destination, keep the driver waiting, or a toll or bridge fee applies. Those are added at cost, with no mark-up.

Companies that book hotel stays for visiting staff can open a GuyWay for Business account: consolidated monthly billing, cost centres and project codes, spend rules, named riders so only approved employees book on the account, a CSV export of the monthly statement, and a receipt for every ride. The traveller books in the app, or a colleague books the ride for them from their own account; the company gets one invoice instead of a pile of receipts, and a dedicated account manager in Georgetown. We pick up and drop off at every hotel in the city: the Marriott on Battery Road, the Pegasus on Seawall Road, the Ramada Princess out at Providence, Cara Lodge, Duke Lodge and the boutique properties in Queenstown and Bel Air Park. Set the hotel as your pickup or drop-off in the app and the driver meets you at the main entrance. You do not need to go through reception. Booking for a guest? Set the ride up from your own account and it runs like any other.

For airport rides the price is set when you book. It does not change with traffic or the time you land, so there is no surprise bill and no haggling with a driver at the airport. CJIA to a Georgetown hotel is about 41 km, roughly 45 to 55 minutes along the East Bank Highway through Diamond and Providence.

Schedule your airport pickup in the app before you fly. Put in your flight number and the app tracks the flight; a late landing moves the pickup at no charge. When you clear customs, the driver is waiting at the terminal entrance (CJIA has only one), with their name, car and plate shown in the app. There is no GuyWay desk to find, so you go straight from the airport to your hotel. That includes the Hilton and Hyatt Place sites, still under construction, on roads we already serve every day.

Payment is in the app, by Visa, Mastercard, MMG, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing changes hands in the car and nothing is added to your room. Heading to the Hyatt Place corridor or any other hotel, the fare is charged to your saved payment method when the trip ends, and the receipt is in your inbox before you reach the lobby.
