Driver standards

Brand kit and livery, no riders outside the platform, no keeping rider contacts, refusing intoxicated riders.

Updated
12 September 2026

The Driver Standards are the conduct rules attached to the Driver Platform Agency Agreement. They are published in the app and on guyway.gy, and they are kept up to date. They say how a platform ride is done. Outside platform rides you decide how you dress and how you work.

Where you find it

In GuyWay Driver, open Profile and tap Driver Standards. The same text is on guyway.gy. The version date is at the top.

UpdatesRoutine updates apply when published in the app
Material changesA change that materially raises your obligations or costs comes with 30 days notice and a right to leave without charge
BreachA breach may lead to platform access being suspended. Some breaches end the agreements
Not an instruction to workNo standard tells you when to be online, which ride to accept or how many rides to take. Those are your decisions
MarksThe brand kit and livery are used under a licence of the GuyWay marks, on platform rides only

Note an instruction from a dispatcher or a member of the team that is not in the agreements or the standards has no effect. Only a written variation does.
