A shared ride
works both ways.

These are the things we ask of riders, drivers, and our own team — to keep GuyWay safe, respectful, and worth being part of.

01

Respect, always

No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination. Ever. Zero tolerance.

02

Safety is non-negotiable

Seatbelts on. No distractions. No substances. No weapons.

03

Be on time

Drivers wait 5 minutes at pickup. You can cancel free within 2 minutes of accepting the match — after that, a small cancellation fee applies.

04

Keep it clean

No smoking, no vaping, no open alcohol. Leave the car the way you found it — or pay the cleaning fee.

05

Honest pricing

Upfront fare is the fare. No side-payments. No cash top-ups.

06

Speak up

Something off? Rate the trip honestly and tell us in the app. We read every report.

If a rule is broken

We investigate. Then we act.

Depending on severity: a warning, a temporary suspension, or removal from the network. Serious safety incidents are reported to GPF.
