Seatbelts on. No substances. No weapons.
Be on time
Drivers wait 15 minutes at pickup (30 minutes at the airport). Free to cancel within 5 minutes of booking. There is no cancellation fee at the moment; the app shows any fee before you cancel.
Keeping the car clean
No smoking, vaping or open alcohol.
Honest pricing
No side-payments.
Reporting a problem

How we investigate and act
A warning, a suspension or removal. Serious incidents go to GPF.
