GuyWay for Business is the corporate layer on top of the consumer ride-hailing app. It solves the problem every Georgetown office finance team has dealt with: dozens of employees submitting individual taxi receipts, no way to restrict spend, no cost-centre tagging, a month-end reconciliation nobody enjoys. Replace it with a single monthly statement, itemised per ride, per rider, per cost centre.
What the account gives you: consolidated monthly billing paid by card, MMG or wire; cost centres and project codes per ride; named-rider restrictions, so only the employees you approve can book on the account; spend rules; a CSV export of the statement; an emailed receipt after every trip; a dedicated account manager in Georgetown; and the duty-of-care features your travellers already get in the app (live trip share, in-app SOS, drivers met in person by our team and police-cleared). An assistant can book a ride for a colleague or a visitor from their own account. The rate card is the same as in the app, fixed before each ride, with no surge. To open an account, email partners@guyway.gy; we send the MSA and KYC pack and set up the account once they are back. See corporate transport and business transport.

Frequently asked
How do I set up a corporate account?
Email partners@guyway.gy with your company name, who is approved to ride, and how you want the statement split. We send the MSA and KYC pack; once they are signed and returned the account is opened, your named riders book in the GuyWay app, and a dedicated account manager in Georgetown looks after you from there.
Is there a minimum volume for corporate accounts?
No. A five-person consultancy that needs a few airport runs a month is as welcome as an offshore service company moving crews every day. The fare is the same rate card in both cases, about GY$2,750 for a 5 km office run on the City Ride rate card, and the statement simply has fewer or more lines.
Can I integrate with my expense system (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)?
There is no direct connector today. What you get is a monthly statement with one line per ride (date, rider, route, cost centre, project code, fare), exportable as CSV for import into your system, plus an emailed receipt per trip. Tell your account manager if a different layout helps.
