Guests schedule their own rides days ahead in the app. Or the coordinator sends us the run sheet and we quote the guest movements as a block, billed to one account.

Conferences and delegates

Common runs are hotel-to-venue mornings, venue-to-gala evenings at the Pegasus or the Marriott, and airport days at each end. Add the flight number to the arrival pickup. For a delegation leaving several hotels at once, send the headcount and schedule to partners@guyway.gy.

Weddings

Message us or write to partners@guyway.gy with the date, venues, timings and a rough guest count, and we quote the day, including whether the bridal car can keep the same driver all day.

Groups and delegations

Every GuyWay car is a Tesla Model 3 with four passenger seats, so a group travels in several cars leaving together. GuyWay does not operate minibuses or coaches. We quote the group before anything is reserved. Match-day groups are covered on the Providence Stadium page.

GuyWay Executive cars for guests of honour

For the couple or a visiting minister, ask for GuyWay Executive. A car kept for the evening books as GuyWay Executive hourly hire; a car kept from morning to evening books as hire for the day.

How event transport is priced

Rides booked in the app are priced by distance: a 10 km hop across town is about GYD 4,600. A car kept for the evening is hourly hire at GYD 7,500 an hour (GYD 9,000 in GuyWay Executive) with 15 km each hour, up to 4 hours. A block of guest movements is quoted on request. An organiser can use a business account.

Common questions

How far in advance do I need to book event transport?

Guests can schedule up to 90 days ahead. For a guest list, send the date, venues, headcount and run sheet to partners@guyway.gy as early as you can.

Can GuyWay shuttle guests between venues?

Yes. A car on a loop between two venues is quoted on request. Tell us the addresses, the hours and the expected guest flow.

Can rides carry a cost centre per session or sponsor?

Yes. Each ride on a business account carries a cost centre and a project code, and the monthly statement exports as CSV.
