Can I change the scheduled time?
Yes — edit the pickup time in the app up to 30 minutes before the scheduled ride. Earlier changes get re-dispatched automatically; within-30-min changes depend on driver availability.
Flight tracking on a scheduled airport pickup?
Yes — enter the flight number during booking. The driver’s pickup clock starts when the flight actually lands, not the scheduled time. Fare doesn’t change for flight delays.
