One per-km tariff for each class
Every ride is a base fare plus a rate for each km of the route, whether it ends in Georgetown, at CJIA or at Ogle. There is no airport charge, no night charge and no price jump at busy times.
A Tesla with four seats and room for two large bags and two carry-ons.
Executive is a black Tesla with tinted windows and no GuyWay sign, with priority at the airport and for rides booked ahead. Minimum fare about GYD 1,000.
The tariff is set in US dollars. The app converts it at the day’s Bank of Guyana selling rate and rounds the fare to GYD 50 below GYD 5,000, GYD 100 below GYD 10,000 and GYD 500 above. The Guyana dollar figures on this page use a rate of 215.73 to the US dollar, so the app can differ a little. The fare you confirm in the app is the one you pay, unless you add a stop, change the destination or keep the driver waiting.

Cancelling, waiting and other charges
- Cancelling
- Cancel at no charge within 3 minutes of a driver accepting. After that the cancellation fee is GYD 300, and your first chargeable cancellation in any 30 days is waived.
- Not at the pickup
- The driver waits 5 minutes at no charge (30 minutes at the airports) and tries to reach you. If you do not come, a no-show fee of GYD 500applies.
- Longer waits and changes
- Adding a stop or changing the destination updates the fare in the app. A driver can add a waiting charge for a long wait; our team checks it before it reaches your fare.
- Tolls
- If a toll applies on your route, it is added at cost.
- Cleaning
- Only if the car is left soiled: a cleaning charge of GYD 3,000 to GYD 20,000, with a photo, checked by our team.
