GuyWay One is a paid membership with money back in credit on every ride. The GuyWay One terms apply; they are under Settings, Terms and privacy.
Before you start. You need a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in the Wallet. MMG, PayPal and a company profile cannot pay for the membership.
Where you find it
The GuyWay One row on the Account tab, the GuyWay One tile on Services, or See plans on the Wallet.
Join
- Open GuyWay One.
- Choose Monthly or Annual. Each shows its price.
- Tap Start free trial, or Join for the price if your trial is used.
- Add a card if asked, and confirm. The screen says what is charged today.
The free trial is offered once per person. Nothing is charged during the trial. The paid period starts when it ends, and GuyWay reminds you a few days before.
Benefits
The Benefits section of the GuyWay One screen lists them with the current figures. They include:
- Money back as GuyWay credit on every completed ride, from your next ride. It is credit from GuyWay and lasts 90 days.
- A lower price on Executive rides.
- Extra free waiting time at the pickup.
- Credit when a car you booked ahead is late.
Company rides and test rides earn nothing.
Switch plans
Tap the other plan and confirm.

Renewal and payment problems
The membership renews every month or every year until you cancel, on your default card. If a renewal fails, the screen reads The last payment did not go through. Your benefits continue while GuyWay tries again once a day for 3 days. Tap Pay now, or Use another card.
Cancel
- Open GuyWay One.
- Tap Cancel membership and confirm.
Your benefits last until the end of the period you paid for, or the end of the trial, and nothing more is charged. Tap Keep GuyWay One before then to stay a member. For a refund after a renewal, see the GuyWay One terms.
Invoices
Each payment is listed under Receipts on the GuyWay One screen, with its invoice number. Tap one to open the invoice.
