When GuyWay asks Is everything OK? during a trip, what each answer does, and what happens if you do not answer.

While you are in the car, GuyWay watches for three things that can mean something is wrong. When one happens, you get a notification and the ride screen asks Is everything OK?

When GuyWay asks

What happenedDetail
A long unexpected stopThe car has not moved for several minutes, away from your pickup, your stops and your drop-off
The car left the routeThe car has stayed well away from the planned route, or gone further out than your trip was going. See Off-route alerts
The trip ended earlyThe trip was ended far from your drop-off

Nothing is asked on the way to the pickup, and waiting at your pickup, a stop or the drop-off never counts.
