Every car is cleaned between slots, and normal use is never charged. A fee applies only when a rider leaves the car in a state that needs cleaning beyond that, or damages it. The rider terms set the range and require photo evidence.
Where you find it
A fee appears as a separate charge on the ride under Trips, with the photos and the reason, and on an emailed notice. It is not part of the fare.
