GuyWay's model is private by default. Every ride is a dedicated Tesla with one passenger group; the app has no shared-pool option. For an airport transfer that means your luggage, your pace and your destination, with no stops to collect a stranger along the East Bank Highway. CJIA to the city centre is about 41 km, 45 to 55 minutes through Timehri, Diamond and Providence, then along the East Bank into Georgetown. Add your flight number when you book and the app tracks it, so a late landing moves the pickup at no charge. The driver meets you at the terminal entrance (CJIA has only one) with their name, car and plate in the app, handles the bags, and leaves when you are ready.
Payment is in the app, so nothing changes hands at the kerb; the fare is fixed before you confirm and charged to your card, MMG, Apple Pay or Google Pay when the trip ends. Rates come from the Airport Ride card, which covers the first 34 km from CJIA. The fare you see is the fare you pay, unless you add a stop, change the destination, keep the driver waiting, or a toll or bridge fee applies. Those are added at cost, with no mark-up. For first-time visitors landing at 11 PM, a car already booked with the price known removes the most stressful part of arriving in Georgetown. How do I book a private transfer in advance?
Schedule the ride in the app, days ahead if you like: set CJIA as the pickup, your destination, the pickup time and your flight number. The fare is fixed upfront and charged to your saved payment method in the app when the trip ends. You can edit or cancel the scheduled ride in the app. Cancellation is free within 2 minutes of the driver accepting; GYD 300 after that, and GYD 500 if you are not at the pickup 5 minutes after the driver arrives.
