Guest shuttle logistics?
Schedule 4–6 vehicles on a 30-minute loop between hotel and venue during the guest-arrival window. Same logic for post-reception returns. Fares are per-trip; volume discount applies above 15 trips.
Lead time for a 200-guest wedding?
2–3 weeks is the practical minimum. Fleet is pre-assigned for the wedding day; dress rehearsal and vendor-transport rides can be added at any time before or during the event week.
