Once a driver accepts, tap Message with the driver's name on the ride screen. You can type, use a quick reply or send a voice note of up to a minute. Neither of you sees the other's number. When GuyWay offers calls on your ride, a Call button is shown too. The chat closes 15 minutes after the ride.
