Event organisers share a pre-configured sign-up link with delegates. Signed-up delegates access transport through their personal GuyWay app; rides are pre-paid via the conference corporate account.
Is there a conference-week availability guarantee?
Yes — event organisers contract a fleet block for the conference week, locked 30+ days ahead. Consumer (non-delegate) availability is preserved alongside; ride density increases across the city during event week.
Gala-dinner transport logistics?
Multi-vehicle pickup from each conference hotel, synchronised to the gala-venue arrival window. Return rides scheduled to begin 10 minutes after the scheduled end of the event.
