Gala-dinner transport logistics?
Pre-book the outbound ride in the app for the time you want to leave the hotel, then schedule the return for a few minutes after the programme is due to end, or open the app when the speeches finish. A scheduled ride can be edited in the app if the evening runs long. Fares are fixed either way, and cancellation is free within 2 minutes of the driver accepting.
