GuyWay for Business is the corporate account layer on top of the consumer GuyWay app. It turns a company's ride spend from a pile of per-employee receipts into a single monthly statement, exportable as CSV, with a line per trip, per rider, per cost centre and per project code. Only the employees you name can book on the account, and spend rules keep it to the uses you approve. One named person in Georgetown looks after your account. The underlying service is identical (fixed fares, vetted drivers, all-electric Teslas), wrapped for finance teams with an MSA and KYC pack available on request.
Common setups: offshore service companies and EPC contractors with regular CJIA and hotel transfers along the East Bank; diplomatic missions moving visiting delegations between Kingston and the ministries on Brickdam; law and accounting firms and consultancies with occasional client visits across town. Rides for a visiting delegation can be booked from the account on the visitors' behalf. All get the same features and the same rate card (the fare is fixed before each ride, with no surge) and the same duty-of-care tools: live trip share, in-app SOS and drivers met in person by our team. Terms via partners@guyway.gy.

Frequently asked
How do I open a GuyWay for Business account?
Email partners@guyway.gy with your company name and how you expect to use the account. We send the MSA and KYC pack; once they are back we open the account, add the riders you approve (nobody else can book on it) and agree how the monthly statement is split. Billing is consolidated monthly, paid by card, MMG or wire.
What’s the minimum volume for a corporate account?
No minimum. Small teams are welcome, and the rate card is the same as in the consumer app: about GY$2,750 for a 5 km office run on the City Ride rate card, fixed before you confirm. No tiers, no surge; a bigger account simply has more lines on the statement.
Can we tag rides by project code or cost centre?
Yes, both: each ride carries a cost centre and a project code, and both show on the monthly statement and in the CSV export, so finance can split the spend by team, project or client matter. Tell us the structure you want when the account is set up.
