GuyWay for Business is the corporate account layer on top of the consumer GuyWay app. It turns a company's ride-hailing spend from a pile of per-employee receipts into a single monthly invoice with line items per trip, per employee, and per cost-centre tag. Named-rider controls restrict account use to approved employees; spend limits cap exposure. The underlying service is identical — fixed fares, vetted drivers, all-electric Teslas — just wrapped for finance teams.

Common setups: anchor accounts with regular airport/hotel transfers (oil-and-gas, diplomatic missions), mid-size offices with occasional client visits, and hotel front desks offering guest transport. All three get the same features; pricing differs only on volume tier. Setup takes 2–3 business days.

Frequently asked

How do I open a GuyWay for Business account?

Email hello@guyway.gy with your company name, expected monthly volume, and whether you need net-30 / net-45 terms. Setup is 2–3 business days; onboarding includes a named-rider onboarding session.

What’s the minimum volume for a corporate account?

No formal minimum. Small-team accounts (5–10 riders, under GY$100,000/month) are welcome. Large volume unlocks tiered pricing; the base rate is the same as consumer.

Can we tag rides by project code or cost centre?

Yes — up to 3 tag dimensions per ride (employee, cost centre, project). Tags flow through to the monthly invoice and downloadable CSV for finance reconciliation.
